Mario Marrelli

Mario is a corporate and securities lawyer that works closely with both private and public companies.

Mario’s practice areas include assisting private companies with all types of corporate and commercial transactions including the acquisition and divestiture of businesses by the sale and purchase of shares and assets, corporate finance transactions and the preparation and review of commercial agreements. 

Mario also has experience assisting public companies in the mining, technology and manufacturing sectors with their continuous disclosure obligations, including the preparation and filing of press releases, material change reports, management information circulars in connection with annual and special meetings, documents relating to private placements, share consolidations and other corporate actions, as well as the supplemental listing of securities and other related securities law matters. 

Mario completed the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Mario has a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor and an Honour’s Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Arts and Science.
